Got smokin’ skills? Fire up your pit and bring your best meat! 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners will be presented in brisket, pork ribs and chicken. For ultimate bragging rights a Grand Champion winner will be selected based on the best combined meat scores.

If you have best-in-town recipes, enter our BBQ Team Side Contests! 1st Place will be awarded for Best Bloody Mary, Best Margarita and Best Chef’s Choice.
